FERIA

No había más remedio que estar en la feria y además publicar algo sobre la misma. Hacer una crítica de la de este año  es lo mismo que describirla. Me lo pinten como me lo pinten me he aburrido como una ostra. Ni el  premio al mejor adorno casetero, ni el artificial pregón  que no sé por qué le llaman así, ni la generosidad de los feriantes pagando luces o los reposteros subvencionando  grupos musicales a cual mas hortera hacen que la misma sea un especial atractivo para la plebe. La mitad de ella se va a la playa; con visitarla la tarde del domingo a la vuelta le es suficiente. La otra mitad con darse un paseíto, pedir cuatro raciones y a la tercera abrírsele la boca de sueño ya ha cumplido.  Estaría bien que en la próxima, como toda la vida de dios y como dios manda, además de los cacharritos,  esta gente que nos gobierna fuera capaz de traernos “toros y circo”. Eso tendría mérito, máxime si es a precios populares. Me temo que como que no. 1918
